On 16/06/2014 Rotary Club of Kolhapur Central Rotary District – 3170 India and Rotary Club of Waynesboro Rotary District - 7360 USA Rotary Foundation jointly donated Mobile Medical Unit to Lotus Medical Foundation
Healthy Baby Competition for HIV Positive Children
Lotus Medical Foundation’s PPTCT project organized a wellness drive in the community of HIV positive Mothers who were under the pressure of passing the disease to their children, to boost the confidence and support among them. Total 51 children participated in this drive along with their parents and caretakers.

Nutrition Support for Children Living with HIV infection Conducted by Lotus Care Centre
HIV positive children with their care takers were invited and we distributed food material with high nutritious value and taught various simple recipes to the care takers so as to fulfil nutritious demands in these children. The aim was to make them aware about their nutritional needs and how to cope up with those.
Signature Campaign against HIV/AIDS
On occasion of “World Health Day” Lotus Medical Foundation has organized a Signature Campaign at Kolhapur City. District AIDS prevention and Control unit supported this activity.
District Level Linkages Meeting
This program was arranged by Lotus Medical Foundation on 13th November 2010 at Choundeshwari hall with all outreach workers of Lotus Medical Foundation and all other NGOs with District AIDS prevention and control unit (DAPCU) and District and Corporation Tuberculosis department. The aim of the meeting was to build better communication and association of ground staff and rapport building among them. This has helped in achieving targets, providing better services to the target population.
Smile Train Program
In collaboration with Health Department of Maharashtra State, Zilha Parishad Kolhapur and Lotus Medical Foundation, Appreciation program on the occasion of completion of 1000 surgeries of cleft lip and palate totally free under the ‘Smile Train, America” project was conducted at Rajashri Shahu Chhatrapati Sabhagruh
